In addition to mobile acupuncture house calls, I also offer telehealth services for those instances where house calls may be inappropriate, inconvenient, or impossible. Such services may be useful for those interstate or overseas, in instances of lockdowns, or for those desiring a non in-person option.

Telehealth services involve communication via either a video streaming service online or through a telephone call. While acupuncture treatment is obviously not possible during such consultations; Chinese herbal medicine, Chinese medicine dietary therapy, and lifestyle advice can all be prescribed in the normal fashion.

Telehealth services are available to those in Melbourne, as well as those living interstate or overseas. For those living in Australia I can have herbs shipped directly to you. For those overseas, I can write you a herbal prescription that you can get filled at a local Chinese herbalist/Chinatown.
